Q: What is the best way to provide you with details you need to know in order to design logo?’

A: We encourage open communication throughout the logo design process. We provide an online questionnaire designed specifically to provide us with information about your company, your target customers, your industry, and personal preferences. We request that customers submit the questionnaire, along with any additional relevant information, before the design process begins.

 

Q: How soon will I be able to look at sample logo designs.

A: You can expect to be able to view three sample logo designs on the fourth business day following the time that we receive both payment and the information about your company and preferences needed to commence the design process.

 

Q: Will all of our communication be handled online?

A: In most cases, communication occurs over the Internet. We will post logo designs for your comments and approval on your own, private viewing page on our website, where you will also be able to submit feedback to us.

 

Q: What happens if I don’t like any of the logo designs you come up with?

A: If you are not satisfied with any of the sample logos we create for you, we will request feedback from you and then come up with a second set of samples for your approval. If you do not find any of the designs to be acceptable following the second round, we will issue a refund to you , less a service charge of €50.00.

 

Q: What if I like a basic design that you printed, but would like for some changes to be made? How is that handled?

A: At Pixel Logo, our primary concern is to create a visually appealing, sound logo design that will help you market your business. We are happy to revise your logo until it meets your approval.

 

Q: If I request revisions, how long will it be before I can view the results?

A: Generally, changes are made within two and four business days, depending on the complexity of the changes requested.

 

Q: Will the logo you design for me be trademarked?

A: Pixel Logo designs does not offer trademarking services.

 

Q: Who owns the rights to my logo design?

A: Your custom logo is yours, and you hold all of the rights to it.

 

Q: Is illustration design included with the purchase of a logo?

A: Pixel Logo provides illustration services, and such services are priced separately from logo design. If you require illustration design, please request a quote.

 

Q: How will you send my final logo design to me?

A: Your final logo will be e-mailed to you in camera ready format. Additionally, you will have the ability to download your logo files from your private page on our server. If you would like a CD-Rom with your logo, we will be happy to create on for you for a nominal fee.

 

Q: Will I receive several different formats of logo files?

A: Your logo will be provided to you in a number of files, which are likely to meet all of your reproduction needs. Your logo will be sent to you in the following formats: ai (adobe illustrator), bmp (bitmapped), eps (encapsulated postscript), gif (graphic interfile format), jpeg (joint professional experts group), pdf (acrobat), psd (photoshop), and tiff (tagged image file format).

 

Q: Will the person who is making the sign for my business be able to use the logo you send to me?

A: Yes. Sign makers typically use eps files, which can be effectively scaled to any size.

 

Q: I am not located in the same country as your firm. Will you be able to help me?

A: Pixel Logo can help with your branding needs no matter where you are located. Business can be conducted 100% online.

 

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?

A: Pixel Logo accepts Credit Cards (through Paypal) and Paypal. Additionally, provided funds are received prior to the beginning of work, we can accept certified cheques, postal orders and bank drafts.

 

Q: How can I be certain my payment has been accepted?

A: Credit card and Paypal payments are processed electronically, and acceptance notification is instant. If you elect to pay by certified cheques, postal orders and bank drafts a Pixel Logo representatives will confirm receipt with you.
